What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express or direct payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. For payments via PayPal, you will be directed to log into to your PayPal account during checkout. You will need to access the site using Safari browser for Apple Pay payments. 

Once you have completed your payment, you will automatically be returned to an order confirmation page on our site and receive an order confirmation email. 

What currency does your site use?

Prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD).

Are payments made online secure?

Don’t worry girl, we got you! Adios Angelita is powered by Shopify and that means every transaction you make is secure and protected.

Where does Adios Angelita ship?

We ship worldwide! We offer Free International Shipping on all orders over $1000.

How can I cancel my order?

We’re really sorry angel, but we process orders quickly. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. Customers are responsible for the input of any contact and delivery information.

Where is my confirmation email?

Have you checked all folders in your inbox including the junk folders, Angel?Please send us a note if you still cannot find your order confirmation at hello@adiosangelita.com to ensure you have provided the correct email during checkout.

How can I track/ check the status of my order?

A tracking will be provided to you once the order has been shipped! Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made to that order.

When will my order ship?

We’re trying to get your order to you asap! We take 1 to 2 business days to pack and ship your order. You will receive a notification email with tracking when the order has shipped. It's on the way!

When will I receive my order?

It depends angel, transit times vary by country. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days to pack and ship. All international orders may be subject to custom fees determined by their domestic regulations. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact us if you have a problem.

I got my package but there's a fee, why's that?

Custom fees are determined by your country. As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes during delivery. We have no control and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees (unless otherwise stated) and any customs fees on a package.

Got my order but something is wrong, what do I do?

Don’t worry angel. Adios Angelita guarantees authenticity or your money back in full. We have zero tolerance when it comes to counterfeit products and we stand behind the authenticity of each bag we sell.

We’ve been there before. We know. What can be so horrible that a purchase can ruin your day? Your bag is a fake, that’s what! A return may be considered if any item is deemed inauthentic.

What’s your return policy?
